All Sales are final. 

Payment for all sales must be completed prior to shipment.  K & K Reptiles accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Paypal. 

You must be 18 years or older to purchase an animal this website.  Any purchases to individuals under the age of 18 must provide written consent from your guardian. 

K & K Reptiles cannot guarantee photos of live animals will be an exact match for the animal you receive.  We strive to provide quality and accuracy with our photos and descriptions, however different monitors and screens will display photos differently. 

Shipping

Shipping of live frogs, geckos and invertebrates is at the discretion of K & K Reptiles.  Live shipments are sent Monday through Wednesday and are weather dependent.  Requests to hold shipment due to weather is available. 

Live arrival is guaranteed under the following conditions: Customer MUST BE PRESENT to receive order and if any issues occur notify K&K Reptiles within 1 hour of receipt with videos/photo proof.  K&K Reptiles cannot be held responsible for carrier delays. 

Tracking numbers will be provided for all live animals, once the package is shipped.  Tracking numbers for all other orders is available upon request. 

Guarantees

Health: K & K Reptiles guarantees that all animals are healthy and eating.  Any issues must be reported immediately by email. 

Temperament: Animal temperament can vary on an individual basis.  Leopard geckos tend to be docile but it is not guaranteed.  K & K Reptiles will inform the customer if a gecko they have purchased is not “tame”

Sexing: All leopard geckos sold as a particular sex are guaranteed as that sex.  Any geckos sold as “temperature sexed” or “unsexed” cannot be guaranteed.
